After-hours and weekend dispatch fees are waived for maintenance plan members during peak season — when you need help, you get it without the surcharge.
What's not included
We believe in setting expectations honestly. Here's what this service does not cover so you know what to ask about separately.
- Major repairs themselves. The plan covers tune-ups and gives you a 10–20% repair discount; the actual repair work is quoted separately when needed.
- Equipment replacement. End-of-life systems aren't covered under the plan, but the plan discount may apply to specific repair components depending on scope.
- After-hours emergency dispatch fees outside peak season. Peak-season after-hours fees are waived for plan members; off-peak emergency fees apply to all customers.
- Multi-system pricing beyond the base plan. Homes with multiple indoor units pay a small per-unit add-on, quoted at signup.
